If we look around the world, we see war, conflict, environmental crises, and economic inequality.
There are countless realities where people cannot live in peace and security.
Even in Japan, many young people struggle each day, feeling overwhelmed by social systems and expectations.
And yet, in this place, students continue to walk forward, trusting their own senses.
They hesitate, get hurt, cry, feel anger, and laugh — and still, they keep moving.
Each step they take shapes the atmosphere and the very form of this organization.
I, too, walk alongside them, carrying the same passion, finding my way through uncertainty.
This is not a place to become someone else, but a place to remain who you are.
Rather than trying to succeed perfectly, we choose not to lose ourselves.
Holding contradictions and discomfort, we continue to relate to one another as human beings.
That quiet strength of living gradually brings small lights into society.
Even while feeling lost, laughing, or pausing, we learn the value of taking each step, one by one, together.
To feel pain and struggle, and to face them honestly, becomes a source of strength.
That strength nurtures this place and connects us to the next step forward.
Here, I stay close to the journeys of these students —
thinking together, pausing together, and moving forward together.
Together with the younger generation, embracing both joy and struggle,
we will steadily build a society where living as a human being becomes natural.
This is my commitment, and my promise each day.
